Hotel Booking Cancellation Policy

A hotel booking cancellation policy can depend on several factors, such as the rate of the booking and the date of check-in.

No Shows Policy:

If customers do not cancel confirm reservation and do not show up, in this case credit card will be charged for the full amount of all reserved nights plus applicable taxes. That means hotel not refund any amount to customer in this case, it’s called no shows policy.

Cancellation Policy:

If customer booked hotel room and he want to cancel  due to some region in this case hotel define some cancellation rule for customer .It may be customer cancel hotel with 20 days  hotel will refund 50% booking amount to customer. Some cases 1 night change deducts from booking amount.

Amendments Policy:

Amendments made after 12 noon, 24hrs prior to the check-in date: One night’s room rate will be charged to the guest’s credit card used to guarantee the reservation. That means customer want to amendments in current booking in this case all update chargeable to customer.

Under Cancellation/Non Refundable Policy:

In this case customer cancels any booked/confirmed hotel room he will not get any amount of booking any type of circumstances. This policy generally applicable to prepaid reservations.
